Community Outreach and Mental health support:
We reach out to individuals and groups in the community to offer support and resources.Provide one-to-one support to people, helping with discharge from secondary care, liaising between services and providing ongoing mental health support.

We host regular events to bring the community together and foster connection.

We engage with the community through a variety of channels, including social media, community forums, and more.We use these channels to gather feedback and input from the community to inform our work.We also use these channels to share information with the community.

Africans in UK was founded in 2019 with the purpose of uniting Africans in the UK and helping each other. The organization provides a range of services to help members find accommodation, get jobs, and settle into their new lives in the UK. The organization also provides support for members’ important milestones, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. By celebrating these special moments together, the organization fosters a sense of community and belonging among its members.
